It is a Japanese greeting, and not to leave the bookend incomplete, you will get an “Arigato,” or “thank you,” when you leave.

11-18-2025NewsJess Harter's Mouth by Southwest🍜 Jinya Ramen Bar, a contemporary Japanese restaurant known for its slow-simmered broths and customizable ramen, opens its third Valley location Wednesday at The Trailhead on the northeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Happy Valley in Peoria.
The Los Angeles-based chain made its Arizona debut in downtown Chandler in 2021 and added a central Phoenix location in 2023.
