West Wing Village Square

The Pederson Group, in conjunction with Pivotal Group, will develop a total of 54 acres of retail at the intersection of Lake Pleasant Parkway and West Wing Parkway. This center is located at the gateway to West Wing Mountain, a 1,400 acre master planned community in Peoria, Arizona, and will also serve the residents of Vistancia. The development encompasses all four corners of the intersection, totaling over 272,000 square feet of leasable space and will include neighborhood and community style shopping centers.
