Ancala Village

Ancala Village is a neighborhood shopping center developed in 1991 consisting of 175,000 square feet and anchored by Safeway, Ace Hardware, Dollar Tree, La Petite Academy and Sunrise Preschool. This project includes approximately 10,000 square feet of office space on the second floor with an air conditioned lobby, elevator, public restrooms and covered parking in the rear. The project is located in northeast Scottsdale and serves several master planned communities including Ancala, McDowell Mountain Ranch, Scottsdale Ranch and Stonegate.
